The Golden Empire Multiple Listing Service (GEMLS) is the ultimate source for data for the real estate profession and community. Thousands of members subscribe to the GEMLS for its data reliability, timeliness, and rules that promote responsible, ethical business practices among users. In addition, the GEMLS provides local customer services and hands-on support to subscribers. The GEMLS compliments its superior real estate data with several integrations to streamline the real estate transaction.
Bakersfield Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation
The mission of the Bakersfield Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation is to strengthen relationships and enhance the quality of life for those who live, learn, work, and play in our community. It is a 501(c)(3) organization that is governed by a Board of Directors and supported through donations and fundraising efforts. The Charitable Foundation annually awards scholarships to college-bound students, grants to non-profit organizations, and provides in-kind support throughout the community.
